JLDS has been providing quality legal services to Chinese clients since its establishments. With the strategic vision of our Managing Partner, the support of our Chinese clients and our persons in charge capability and deep understanding of Chinese corporation, culture and operations and with the introduction of the One Belt One Road initiative coupled with Malaysia’s strategic geographical location along the Silk Road, JLDS has now made its own history on the international arena when it collaborates with one of the largest firms in China, Jingsh Law Firm.

In 2024, JLDS formed an alliance with Jingsh Law Firm (Beijing-based legal firm established in 1994) under its Jingsh Law Firm Malaysia Cooperation Office to launch a regional legal network that provides excellent investment opportunities from Chinese investors in Malaysia. The network also allows us to serve the needs of client and integrate all resources to build a legal service platform between China and Malaysia.

Our main focus is on the international cooperation between two countries and mainly on global business dealings aiming to meet the business and legal service needs of both parties’ clients. Our service range were between company formation, capital investment or share subscription, acquisition and investment in potential target companies, financing and lending of projects and assets, the provision of legal advice on compliance with Malaysian Law and regulations, the drafting and advising of commercial agreements required by businesses and the provision of legal advice post-business expanses.
